[PD] possibly non-functional libs in Pd-extended 0.43: gsfm, pdcontainer

pdcontainer and gfsm in Pd-extended 0.43.4 both seem to be somewhat or fully broken. I think if they remain broken, they should probably be removed. You can see the the full log of 'load_every_help' here (this was run on Mac OS X, they might work on other platforms):
