[PD] pure data and fluid : ok

compilation of libfluidsynth 1.1.6 (and removing 1.1.5) solved the problem.
fluid~ works again.
It was not even necessary to use "--use-LADSPA=no" flag (as mentioned by 
Frank Barknecht)
