[PD] Jack support on Windows

You can look at the date on the pd.exe in
~/pure-data/Pd-0.43.4-extended-20130117/bin and see if its your new one.  And
make sure this is all on the same line:

 make -f makefile.mingw DESTDIR=~/pure-data/Pd-0.43.4-extended-20130117
prefix= install

.hc
