[PD] ALSA output error (restart failed): Broken pipe

Hi Hans,

My Pd is 0.43.2 from debian repos but it doesn't happen with that.  I've
been messing with Pd-extened quite a lot recently using latest builds and
this has only started in the last week or so? First started with the
versions that fixed the other strange [list] issue.

Pulseaudio isn't installed on my lappy, so that's out.

Weird.
