[PD] Path issue with Pd-extended 0.43.4 on Win7 x64

Hey Randall,

Welcome to the pd list and using Pd!  About this issue, I haven't been able to
figure out the root of it in order to fix it.  But there is the "Common
Program Files" folder for installing libs too, hopefully that works:
