[PD] pd 0.44 vanilla build process

I'd skip the copy and just do:
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
./src/pd -nrt (-nrt so it ignores the watchdog)
That's how it works on Pd-extended at least. I don't know how the Pd-vanilla files have changed since they were included in vanilla.
