[PD] Urban Schlemmer's Reverb Design (Weimar PDCon)

At the time of the convention at least, Urban's implementation was not
publicly available. I remember discussing that with him. The work was
very complicated and uncommented, so I could see there was good reason
not to share it then. I'm still curious about it though, maybe we
should just ask him.
