[PD] Small work offer: Help to compile an external in windows

Flext documentation implies that the vanilla source includes a pthreads.h file which
hasn't been true for some time.

Is there some workaround when using mingw to build flext, or do I have to go down
another rabbit hole and install this:

http://www.mingw.org/wiki/pthreads_library

Thanks,
-Jonathan
