[PD] compiling pix_opencv on debian (lmde)

hello,

you shouldn't have to run configure script on debian/ubuntu
just run make after installing the right package
see README.txt

pkg-config determines the Pd and Gem's path
if it doesn't work this is due to an old version or a bad installation and
I don't know an easier way to fix it than editing Makefile
