[PD] l2ork: SSSAD loads but doesn't save presets

BTW, I just tested sssad in latest version of pd-l2ork and it works fine 
over here. If you can send me offending pataches you're using and that 
work on vanilla but not on pd-l2ork I may be able to troubleshoot 
further. HTH
