[PD] pd-0.45 + jack == weirdness

agreed too.

so I guess pd should behave like the following:

  - don't start jack when pd is launched
  - start jack when DSP is turned on (unless another audio backend was 
  - stop jack when quitting pd if pd is the only jack client (like 
Ardour3 does)
