[PD] Pd-list Digest, Vol 100, Issue 50

I have a dust object in https://github.com/danomatika/rc-patches/tree/master/rc-patches: [rc-dust]

I'm not sure if it's exactly the same, but the same idea. I've used it for geiger counter triggering :D If you fix it so it matches the SC object, please send me a copy so I can make an update.
