Menu 'Window' -> 'Parent Window' is broken. When used, the following
error is printed:

error: canvas: no method for 'findparent'
verbose(4): ... you might be able to track this down from the Find menu.


This is not new to 0.45.1, but has probably been there since all 0.45
versions.
