[PD] compiling externals on ARM

hello,

nusmuk-audio use the template makefile.
i upgrade it to last version for ali to test.
anyhow, this lib compile fine almost everywhere, including on rasbian.
(so makefile look good on linux/arm)

ali say that compiling any externals gives the same problem.
so it's not specific to this lib.

i have no idea where the problem source can be.

cheers
c
