[PD] openEXR in Gem

loading an exr image created with Blender failed with gem 0.93.git 374f713 and
image loading support: magick SGI jpeg tiff,
same image is loaded by cinelerra...
anyway I was interested about getting z-depth data, I didn't know if it was possible with pix objects
