[PD] RPI usb soundcards that require mmap_emul

So I guess to answer my own question:
"How do you know if your usb soundcard requires mmap_emul?"

If you have lots of crackles whereas before you didn't.

Perhaps this could at least be something to try.

Will keep the list updated as to my progress- not at the audio testing
stage yet.
