[PD] trouble of pd at opening

I finally got around to moving the OSX window save state fix into the "Problems & Fixes" section in the FAQ: http://puredata.info/docs/faq/help-pd-crashes-on-startup-on-mac-osx-10-7

Hopefully it will be easier to find in the future. I'll remove the old doc page.
