[PD] Reset webcam properties

Hello,

maybe v4l2-ctl command line tool can help if you are on linux (which was
the case as far as i remember @ databit.me)
it's part of v4l2-utils
v4l2-ctl --all -d /dev/video0
shows all the infos, -c parameter allow to set a value to a parameter
