[PD] console font size really big

I'd be curious to know what window manager you are using.

Try going into pd-gui.tcl and find the line:
# tk scaling 1

Remove the "#", save the file, and then restart Pd.  See if that solves the problem.

(Depending on how you are running Pd, you may need to have privileges to edit that file)

The fontsize of the console is really big compared to the patch. What
can I do about it? Using the -font-size flag does affect the patches
itself, but not the console. Using the fontsize menu entry from within
the console help a bit, but even at 8pts the font is still large, and
settings are not persistent either. 

Is there something I could do about it? Thank you!
