[PD] LyonPotpourri 3.0 and 64-bit Pd

As a convenience for Pd users working with Pd compiled for 64-bits, I have
provided compatible code for LyonPotpourri 3.0, which may be downloaded
here:

http://disis.music.vt.edu/eric/LyonSoftware/Pd/LyonPotpourri/

Users will need to build the externals themselves (typically by typing
"make"), which should be a painless process on Linux and Mac.
