[PD] [OT] Multichannel output with presonus firepod on windows, how?

Ah, I see there is a 'multiple devices' tab that I missed.  Also noticed
that if I specify the channel count to be 4 with the device that is
representing channels 1 and 2, I can still send to the third and fourth
inlets on [dac~].... woah.
