[PD] [qlist] and locality

wrap your  qlist, if you need more than one of the same 'device' $0
​or similar logic is unavoidable. track numbers are your friends as well as
device numbers whenever storage of temporal information about them together
is the task. leave the unique identifier up to the process that spawns the
identified. I have gone off the deepend and installed wine, now the
matchzine is drunk with Reason and Live, hahahaah
