[PD] Installing PD on OpenSUSE

Hi All

I've been trying to install pd-extended on OpenSUSE but whatever I do `make install` fails. It looks like it's trying to find pdlua_stack_dump but it's not defined...

If anyone knows why this isn't compiling I'd be grateful
