[PD] pd-vanilla - windows 8 libwinpthread-1.dll is missing

Hi Oli -

If I'm understanding this right, Pd vanila, when downloaded from my site,
isn't working for anyone with an out-of-the-box windows system!

Can you grab http://msp.ucsd.edu/Software/pd-test1.zip and see if I've
fixed it?  (I dno't have a windows machine here in Berlin to test it on).
