[PD] setting patcher window position from within the patch?

In Pd l2ork I typed "move patch window" in the search plugin and found it:

6.relocate_windows.pd 
move a patch window with messages to a canvas

new patches i try to open open outside of the screen so i can't move them.

what's the way to set the patcher position from within the patcher, with scripting, or else have the default patcher location reset to another location?

the same is happening for both pd-vanila and pd-extended, installed on latest raspian with apt-get...
