[PD] compile pd-0.45-5 on Linux with autogen.sh

HI all -

I'm not sure, but the output your'e getting might mean that the thing
succeeded.

(Anyhow, to build Pd you also have the option to do something far simpler: 
cd to pd/src and make -f makefile.gnu)
