[PD] BCF2000 error in Vanilla(Mac)

Hi list,

With Berihnger B-Control Fader BCF2000, I got an error msg in Vanilla. No
error with Pd-Extended, but only with Vanilla. I don't know why it cause. I
tested on OS X 10.9.4(Mavericks)

[no error] 0.43.4-extended

[error, but works] Vanilla 0.45.4(32Bit) / 0.45.5(64Bit)
*could not open midi input 0 (BCF2000): PortMidi: `Invalid device ID'*
