[PD] Hiding Menu when using Gem on primary display in OSX 10.8

Thanks for this. I even tried rebooting still no luck with getting rid
of the menubar. I don't have a plain vanilla PD install only
pd-extended. I wonder if the same behaviour occurs with a plain PD
install?
