[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.46-0test1 released

awesome. still havent, played with the text object . played a live
performance with no glitching on tasty tahir or whatever and the version
that comes with that plus an in-un-stalled extended for the iem filters and
such for 64 bit easy.
