[PD] Phase Mod x Frequency Mod (solved it)

Hi there, I was asking for help here some time ago about the equivalence of
Phase Modulation (PM) and Frequency Modulation (FM). Anyway, I was able to
solve it by just checking stuff around, it's pretty simple, although I
don't get why it is the way it is or the math behind it. But it is what it
is... just multiply phase mod index by mod frequency and that's basically
about it. Check patch attached.
