[PD] evaluation order of send/receive objects?

hi,

is there a 'rule' to know what is the evaluation order of send/receive  
objects?

example 1:
in a patch there's a [send it],
furtheron in the main line there's a subpatch or abstraction  
containing [r it].

will the [r it] always be evaluated before entering the subpatch, or
upon entering always before execution of the inline code?

example 2:
having [s this] and [s that] going from one patch to another,
will the evaluation of the [r this] and [r that] happen in the  
execution order of the send's?
