[PD] Gem on Windows 7 with and AMD Eyefinity/Catalyst system

Hi,

I've just tried running Gem examples on a Windows 7 system that uses an AMD
multi-display card (AMD ASUS R9 280x Series) which uses the Catalyst
multi-display driver.

It didn't work. The gem window gets created, but rendering isn't working;
that is, only the first frame gets displayed.

Any ideas?
