[PD] bug in pd-osc package in Ubuntu utopic

hello,

It seems that the pd-osc package in Ubuntu Utopic is buggy.
Values are not parsed correctly and I got for example :
"gatom: no method for '' "

But I noticed that the up-to-date svn does not suffer from this.
So I guess the package is outdated.

Where should I report this ?
Here ? On the SF bug tracker ?
On Launchpad ?
... ?
