[PD] error while closing a patch in pd-extended 0.43.4

Hi,
sometimes I get a strange error when I close a patch full of canvas:

The program then stops responding, and I have to kill the pd process.
This error seems to have more chances to happens when other subpatches 
(fulls of canvas) are currently visible.
