[PD] error: canvas: no method for 'f'

i know it's been on the list before,
but googling didn't give me anything.

the change log for Pd Vanilla did not help either.

i (think to) know it's caused by an extra parameter for some object
but which object?

for me it's necessary to be able to run my patch in Pd 42.5.
