indeed, i never packaged it for Debian.
hopefully pd-iemguts will be in "Stretch" (aka "jessie+1").

not precompiled.
iemguts uses the template Makefile, so compilation *should* be fairly
easy ("make").
there shouldn't be any problems regarding the processor, as iemguts
doesn't do anything related to FPUs.
