[PD] Raspberry pi 2

Oops - as Max Neupert pointed out to me, the thing I have is the Pi B+,
not the Pi 2.

The Pi B+ fixed the USB 2.0 speed problem with audio.  From what I gather
the Pi 2 will inherit that fix.
