i think the easiest way would be to forward the various #midi-messages
to your pd~ instance.
e.g.

[r #ctlin]
|
[#ctlin $1 $2 $3(
|
[pd~]


will make all the ctl-messages appear *magically* at the [ctlin] within
your [pd~] instance!
