[PD] [OT]: Gitorious closing down.. alternatives, suggetions, experiences

The same concern is true for any Git host, including Sourceforge, Gitlab/Gitorious, etc. One problem is too many people now think “GitHub” is “Git” and don;t realize that they can push/pull form basically anywhere.
