[PD] mp3amp~ for windows

Hi - I'm trying to use the mp3amp~ object, but it is not recognised on my
windows machine.

I've downloaded the unauthorised package from here

http://puredata.info/downloads/unauthorized

and other objects work, but not mp3amp~

Can anyone direct me to a windows version?
