just wondering how debian coordinates that switch, wheezy stays wheezy, jessie
stays jessie of course ... but considering all the mirrors etc maybe it wouldn't
be a bad idea to delete the stable->wheezy link then wait a little for all the
mirrors to follow before creating the new stable->jessie link ... it could get
messy in the typical case of apt using a mirror, but also including the debian
site as well if stable pointed to different versions on each.

anyway just speculating, since this mirror at least seemed to have no stable
link at the time I did apt-get update.

testing doesn't add anything new after the freeze, but will delete stuff that
can't get working in time for the release, before the release.
