[PD] Change default with of Put-menu numberbox

Hello list,

The default width of the put-menu number box is 5, and almost always too
small for my needs. 12 would be much better. A user on the pdpatchrepo
forum suggested looking at the tcl/tk code to change this. Where is this
code and where might I look?
