I'll have a look when I finish the nw.js port.  But my gut reaction is
that this is _way_ outside of my abilities to develop.

IOhannes' original suggestion (or maybe question) about just porting
apt to the relevant OSes is probably less work than doing packaging
from scratch in a sane and secure way.  But I also think releasing
a monolithic distro is way less work than either.
