[PD] good example for vsnapshot~

ok, so now I see that snapshot~ may output values in the same rate as
vsnapshot~ but it'll only output the last sample of a block, and won't work
for block sizes less than 64 in size

so yeah, the idea of a vsnapshot~ seems nice, and seems to work fine, what
would the bugs be?
