[PD] pd-extended 43.4 is not working under windows 7

 Hi.

i've been using PD-extended 42.5 for some years because it was stable. Tried to load first versions of 43 - and it worked bad. So i kept using 42. 
Today i installed extended 43.4. It openes terminal, but nothing else could be done. I even can't close it. Only with programm manager. So it doesn't work at all.
Why ?
System: Windows 7 .
