[PD] Can't input tilde on my Ubuntu

Thanks, but does not help. Tilde creation on Swiss German keyboards is a
bit strange, even when it works normally:

* press and hold AltGr key
* press ~ key (respectively ^-key)
* release both
* press <space>

When it stops working, I can repeat above indefinitely without any
effect.
