[PD] [comport] crashes system (Ubuntu 11.10) when USB from Arduino gets disconnected by mistake

I think it's the FTDI drivers that were the problem. Try getting the latest
VCP driver from here:
http://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm
