[PD] comport rxerrors on W10

If you open the diff file in notepad++ it will highlight the lines to be
removed in red and the ones to be added in green. The line numbers in blue
show the region of the file to be changed, and nearby lines that don't
change are in white.
So you can manually replace the red lines in comport.c with the green ones
from the diff file.
