[PD] sysex sending osx

hi list,

i am trying to send sysex messages in osx with pd-vanilla 0.46.6

should this work with the midiout object? i simply send a list containing all the values (including start and stop header of sysex of course)
i found older mails suggesting it does not work or one needs an abstraction list2sysex, i could not find it though…

any help would be appreciated
