[PD] flatgui on windows with latest vanilla

Hi,

I'm trying to load flatgui (i got a copy from pd-extended) with pd-vanilla
on windows.
I get "flatgui: cannot load library" error.
Is anybody else able to load it?

I am trying to run: http://www.monologx.com/ecosystem/

with pd vanilla.
